“We installed a heat pump recently to be able to have AC and to replace an old furnace. Reached out to a few HVAC contractors and decided to go with NUR to install a Mitsubishi heat pump. David was our first point of contact and one of the main reasons we chose NUR. When he came to visit and provide an initial estimate, he explained the different options available and what to consider for each one, from duel fuel options to heat pumps. He was not pushy and was very patient with our questions. Afterwards, he provided a few quotes for us and answered questions via email and phone promptly.
