Our AC stopped working and I reached out to a few companies on Yelp to get info. Nur HVAC was fast and patient in responding to all my questions regarding cost for a diagnostic, and rough quotes for refilling freon in case that ended up being the issue. They were transparent about costs, but also managed expectations given they hadn't seen the issue. After the technician arrived (Michael K), he confirmed I was low on freon, likely because of a leak. He gave me a few options, costs, and his recommendations on further diagnosis, especially given how old my system was (20+yrs). He was patient to educate me about the system so I could make an informed decision.
