Both are excellent; the right one depends on your home. Carrier ducted systems are a strong, value-driven choice for homes with good existing ductwork, while Mitsubishi ductless shines for additions, hillside homes and zoned comfort. As both a Carrier installer and a Mitsubishi Diamond Elite contractor, we recommend based on your home — not on what we happen to carry.

These are not required steps by code or in job description, but they did them anyway because they take pride in their work.
