“Nur HVAC found an economical way to repair my AC system for another 3-5 years of use when others quoted me $9k+ minimum to repair and then tried to sell me a $20k full replacement. The Nur tech was the most honest and understandable person I encountered. He explained things well and gave me options. Their price for the full replacement was the best too, although I didn’t go that route. The Nur repair was done on time, with excellent quality, and on budget. I strongly recommend Nur HVAC for HVAC repair or purchase and installation.”
“My family recently hired Nur HVAC to help us install HVAC system in our house, and had a great experience with them. Ilias came by the house and was immediately able to assess our house and provide recommendations on how we could consider setting up HVAC systems based on our layout, what options we have and what the pros and cons the options are. He also mentioned that they are one of the biggest contractor for Mitsubishi systems. The whole process took a few weeks as we had to wait for permits to get approved before work can get started. We were quoted that the labor could take 4-5 business, but in the end it actually took 3.5 days which was great. The whole crew was professional and got the job done very efficiently. I would add some buffer on the times they quote in terms of when they might come, but overall, everything was mostly timely and the project was done in the timeframe we expected. For our crew we had Eldar and Andre and both were very professional and felt experienced and knew what they were doing. Overall, my family is very happy with the work that was done by Nur HVAC.”
“I am writing this review hoping that it would help others when selecting the company to trust new installation of a Heat Pump system. We started with a few quotes that included visits. NUR seemed to be the best of the three both in terms of knowledge and desire to please the client. Upon completion and using the system for a couple of months I can tell you that it was the right choice. NUR team even helped with guidance on insulation (which we were thin with) and most recently, power outage had tripped a fuse. Over time, we dealt with 5 team members led by Davit each extremely professional took time to answer any questions and make sure that we are satisfied before departing.”
