David came to my house to diagnose the problem on the same day which is very important to us. David is technically proficient and immediately identified the problem that the gas furnace is not electrically connected due to an electrical panel upgrade project earlier this year. What's impressed me more is David's customer service-oriented attitude. David went straight to the panel and identified the right switch to connect the heater and even labeled the switch (a sign of his professionalism). David put everything back tightly/neatly and even changed the air filter for me. David charged fairly (probably undercharged for the quality of his work). “NUR HVAC replaced our old furnace heating system with a heat pump and mini-split heating/AC units. David was very responsive and came by to give a quote within a few days. He answered our many questions, made recommendations on where to locate the new units, and helped prepare the paperwork for our HOA approval. We compared quotes with several neighbors who had also recently installed heat pumps and the quote was lower than the others. The installation team was very friendly and professional, using shoe covers and cleaning up after themselves every day. They stayed later than we expected to wrap up work in the evenings too. I caught COVID over a weekend during the work and they were very flexible in rescheduling for a couple weeks later. The only minor issue was that they didn't speak much English, but we were able to use Google translate, and David was always available if we needed to speak with him. Overall we had a great experience with them. Our system is fully functional now and we'd recommend NUR HVAC to others due to how responsive, professional, and reasonably priced they are.”

Our AC was completely out of refrigerant (6.5 lbs low), and instead of pushing an expensive and potentially ineffective nitrogen test on a hidden leak, Adlan gave us a practical, data-driven strategy to get our cooling restored for the summer while tracking down the issue. “This is my second experience with these awesome people. Nur HVAC installed a heat pump a year ago and I remembered how professional they were. So when my water heater broke few weeks ago I called them again. Fedor called me and came over the same day to personally inspect my setup.
