“We worked with the fine folks at Nur HVAC to install 2 mini-splits and an outdoor unit earlier this year. It was a nice experience from start to finish. They were very conscious of keeping the mess to a minimum and cleaning up after themselves. The technician who came by to do the estimate, Adlan, was very nice and explained everything clearly. He even repaired a blown fuse at no charge. The installation team, which included David, Eldar, and Alex, worked fast, but efficiently. They finished the installation that same day despite the setbacks like figuring out how to run the power back to the panel (our home has a weird configuration). They came back another time to take care of some inspection-specific requirements, but no issues with the final inspection. The company was also open to helping provide documentation for energy rebates. The only trouble we had was the slight language barrier, which made communication difficult sometimes. We had them provide two quotes, including replacing our existing heater, and the price of everything was very competitive with the other quotes we received. Overall, I felt they were reliable and met my expectations. I'd be happy to call them back for any HVAC needs I have in the future”
“I am extremely pleased with my new Mitsubishi heat pump installed by Nur HVAC. Everyone in California should use a heat pump due to the high cost of electricity, and Nur HVAC should be your installer. My installation was performed in two parts: the upstairs in Mar 2025, then downstairs in May 2026. I commend Nur HVAC for their patience during this protracted and difficult installation. After an initial assessment to determine my needs, the team arrived to plan the installation of the upstairs hardware. They asked many questions to figure it out. It only took 5 days for my on-site representatives Konstantin and Maxim to finish the work, which I felt was clean and neat; the electrical, refrigerant, and condensate lines blended into the existing arrangement seamlessly. By the end of day 5, I had hot and cold air at the touch of a button. About a year later, my remodeling had progressed enough for the installation of the downstairs units. Sadly, other contractors inadvertently cut the 220V supply line to the 2nd floor units. And while they meant well, these other contractors totally messed up the 220V supply line for the 1st floor units, running it to the 2nd floor breaker box instead! Maxim and Konstantin went above and beyond the call of duty, doing jobs that weren't theirs. They re-routed the 1st floor electrical line to the 1st floor breaker box, and got everything working. They were quick to suggest best placement of the indoor units. Additionally, they figured out a far better arrangement of the outdoor unit and refrigerant lines. The installation was more concealed and neat afterwards.”

“We installed a heat pump recently to be able to have AC and to replace an old furnace. Reached out to a few HVAC contractors and decided to go with NUR to install a Mitsubishi heat pump. David was our first point of contact and one of the main reasons we chose NUR. When he came to visit and provide an initial estimate, he explained the different options available and what to consider for each one, from duel fuel options to heat pumps. He was not pushy and was very patient with our questions. Afterwards, he provided a few quotes for us and answered questions via email and phone promptly. When it came to the installation, his team (Artur, Ilias, and others) was great as well; they were all very respectful and took great care in making sure the install was done properly. The install took 3 days and David came to check in towards the end of the install to make sure everything was working properly and things were cleaned up. “I’m very happy with my new heating-cooling heat pump system, which ties in to my existing ducts, is energy efficient (using electricity rather than natural gas), and keeps my furnace as an alternate option. I called several companies asking for quotes on something else - a whole house fan - and NUR had the fastest and most professional response. Technician David came out and explained several options to me. He said we could try just an attic fan and that alone may cool my home enough. He gave me a quote for that, and also for a whole house fan, and a heat pump. He explained what each option would and would not do. I decided to go with the heat pump heating/cooling along with an attic fan. Even though it was the most expensive choice, I think as time goes on and our climate gets warmer, AC will become even more expensive and hard to get. INSTALLATION: The installers, Artur and Vlad, were polite and considerate as well as competent and hard working. The installation was complicated, including drilling and hammering throughout the crawl space running under the entire house, and completely taking apart and putting back together my furnace. After 2 days I had AC, and after 2 more days I had the attic fan, heating, and was ready for inspection. CUSTOMER SERVICE: After the job was completed and I had paid, I had a few questions, and David responded immediately and said to call anytime questions come up. So excellent customer service before, during, and after installation. RESULTS: I’m thrilled with this home improvement, which adds value as well as comfort. Very glad I chose NUR HVAC, and highly recommend them.”

When it turned out that the likely problem indicated by the initial diagnosis was a false alarm, Alexey promptly identified the correct problem and came out on a holiday to fix it. But even after getting the furnace to pump hot air, the job was not fully done due to another component that needed to be replaced. To be fair to Alexey, it was a case of one fix revealing something else that was broken, and it took four visits (including the initial call) to fix everything. Throughout the process, Alexey and Regina were very prompt in answering questions and providing updates. They did not expect any payment until the job was 100% complete, and also honored the original quote, which speaks volumes about their professionalism. I was impressed by their initial on-site inspection: the representative noticed that the new air handler would be wider than the existing one, which would require that our water heater be moved several inches for clearance. “We worked with the fine folks at Nur HVAC to install 2 mini-splits and an outdoor unit earlier this year. It was a nice experience from start to finish. They were very conscious of keeping the mess to a minimum and cleaning up after themselves. The technician who came by to do the estimate, Adlan, was very nice and explained everything clearly. He even repaired a blown fuse at no charge. The installation team, which included David, Eldar, and Alex, worked fast, but efficiently. They finished the installation that same day despite the setbacks like figuring out how to run the power back to the panel (our home has a weird configuration). They came back another time to take care of some inspection-specific requirements, but no issues with the final inspection. The company was also open to helping provide documentation for energy rebates. The only trouble we had was the slight language barrier, which made communication difficult sometimes. We had them provide two quotes, including replacing our existing heater, and the price of everything was very competitive with the other quotes we received. Overall, I felt they were reliable and met my expectations. I'd be happy to call them back for any HVAC needs I have in the future”
“I am extremely pleased with my new Mitsubishi heat pump installed by Nur HVAC. Everyone in California should use a heat pump due to the high cost of electricity, and Nur HVAC should be your installer. My installation was performed in two parts: the upstairs in Mar 2025, then downstairs in May 2026. I commend Nur HVAC for their patience during this protracted and difficult installation. After an initial assessment to determine my needs, the team arrived to plan the installation of the upstairs hardware. They asked many questions to figure it out. It only took 5 days for my on-site representatives Konstantin and Maxim to finish the work, which I felt was clean and neat; the electrical, refrigerant, and condensate lines blended into the existing arrangement seamlessly. By the end of day 5, I had hot and cold air at the touch of a button. About a year later, my remodeling had progressed enough for the installation of the downstairs units. Sadly, other contractors inadvertently cut the 220V supply line to the 2nd floor units. And while they meant well, these other contractors totally messed up the 220V supply line for the 1st floor units, running it to the 2nd floor breaker box instead! Maxim and Konstantin went above and beyond the call of duty, doing jobs that weren't theirs. They re-routed the 1st floor electrical line to the 1st floor breaker box, and got everything working. They were quick to suggest best placement of the indoor units. Additionally, they figured out a far better arrangement of the outdoor unit and refrigerant lines. The installation was more concealed and neat afterwards.”

“We installed a heat pump recently to be able to have AC and to replace an old furnace. Reached out to a few HVAC contractors and decided to go with NUR to install a Mitsubishi heat pump. David was our first point of contact and one of the main reasons we chose NUR. When he came to visit and provide an initial estimate, he explained the different options available and what to consider for each one, from duel fuel options to heat pumps. He was not pushy and was very patient with our questions. Afterwards, he provided a few quotes for us and answered questions via email and phone promptly. When it came to the installation, his team (Artur, Ilias, and others) was great as well; they were all very respectful and took great care in making sure the install was done properly. The install took 3 days and David came to check in towards the end of the install to make sure everything was working properly and things were cleaned up. “I’m very happy with my new heating-cooling heat pump system, which ties in to my existing ducts, is energy efficient (using electricity rather than natural gas), and keeps my furnace as an alternate option. I called several companies asking for quotes on something else - a whole house fan - and NUR had the fastest and most professional response. Technician David came out and explained several options to me. He said we could try just an attic fan and that alone may cool my home enough. He gave me a quote for that, and also for a whole house fan, and a heat pump. He explained what each option would and would not do. I decided to go with the heat pump heating/cooling along with an attic fan. Even though it was the most expensive choice, I think as time goes on and our climate gets warmer, AC will become even more expensive and hard to get. INSTALLATION: The installers, Artur and Vlad, were polite and considerate as well as competent and hard working. The installation was complicated, including drilling and hammering throughout the crawl space running under the entire house, and completely taking apart and putting back together my furnace. After 2 days I had AC, and after 2 more days I had the attic fan, heating, and was ready for inspection. CUSTOMER SERVICE: After the job was completed and I had paid, I had a few questions, and David responded immediately and said to call anytime questions come up. So excellent customer service before, during, and after installation. RESULTS: I’m thrilled with this home improvement, which adds value as well as comfort. There were communication issues with the field crew but were ultimately resolved. When it turned out that the likely problem indicated by the initial diagnosis was a false alarm, Alexey promptly identified the correct problem and came out on a holiday to fix it. But even after getting the furnace to pump hot air, the job was not fully done due to another component that needed to be replaced. To be fair to Alexey, it was a case of one fix revealing something else that was broken, and it took four visits (including the initial call) to fix everything. Throughout the process, Alexey and Regina were very prompt in answering questions and providing updates. They did not expect any payment until the job was 100% complete, and also honored the original quote, which speaks volumes about their professionalism. They were very conscious of keeping the mess to a minimum and cleaning up after themselves. The technician who came by to do the estimate, Adlan, was very nice and explained everything clearly. He even repaired a blown fuse at no charge. The installation team, which included David, Eldar, and Alex, worked fast, but efficiently. They finished the installation that same day despite the setbacks like figuring out how to run the power back to the panel (our home has a weird configuration). They came back another time to take care of some inspection-specific requirements, but no issues with the final inspection. The company was also open to helping provide documentation for energy rebates. The only trouble we had was the slight language barrier, which made communication difficult sometimes. We had them provide two quotes, including replacing our existing heater, and the price of everything was very competitive with the other quotes we received. Overall, I felt they were reliable and met my expectations. I'd be happy to call them back for any HVAC needs I have in the future”
“I am extremely pleased with my new Mitsubishi heat pump installed by Nur HVAC. Everyone in California should use a heat pump due to the high cost of electricity, and Nur HVAC should be your installer. My installation was performed in two parts: the upstairs in Mar 2025, then downstairs in May 2026. I commend Nur HVAC for their patience during this protracted and difficult installation. After an initial assessment to determine my needs, the team arrived to plan the installation of the upstairs hardware. They asked many questions to figure it out. It only took 5 days for my on-site representatives Konstantin and Maxim to finish the work, which I felt was clean and neat; the electrical, refrigerant, and condensate lines blended into the existing arrangement seamlessly. By the end of day 5, I had hot and cold air at the touch of a button. About a year later, my remodeling had progressed enough for the installation of the downstairs units. Sadly, other contractors inadvertently cut the 220V supply line to the 2nd floor units. And while they meant well, these other contractors totally messed up the 220V supply line for the 1st floor units, running it to the 2nd floor breaker box instead! Maxim and Konstantin went above and beyond the call of duty, doing jobs that weren't theirs. They re-routed the 1st floor electrical line to the 1st floor breaker box, and got everything working. They were quick to suggest best placement of the indoor units. Additionally, they figured out a far better arrangement of the outdoor unit and refrigerant lines. The installation was more concealed and neat afterwards.”

“I’m very happy with my new heating-cooling heat pump system, which ties in to my existing ducts, is energy efficient (using electricity rather than natural gas), and keeps my furnace as an alternate option. I called several companies asking for quotes on something else - a whole house fan - and NUR had the fastest and most professional response. Technician David came out and explained several options to me. He said we could try just an attic fan and that alone may cool my home enough. He gave me a quote for that, and also for a whole house fan, and a heat pump. He explained what each option would and would not do. I decided to go with the heat pump heating/cooling along with an attic fan. Even though it was the most expensive choice, I think as time goes on and our climate gets warmer, AC will become even more expensive and hard to get. INSTALLATION: The installers, Artur and Vlad, were polite and considerate as well as competent and hard working. The installation was complicated, including drilling and hammering throughout the crawl space running under the entire house, and completely taking apart and putting back together my furnace. After 2 days I had AC, and after 2 more days I had the attic fan, heating, and was ready for inspection. When it turned out that the likely problem indicated by the initial diagnosis was a false alarm, Alexey promptly identified the correct problem and came out on a holiday to fix it. This was extremely courteous of him as we were already struggling for over a week with no heat. But even after getting the furnace to pump hot air, the job was not fully done due to another component that needed to be replaced. To be fair to Alexey, it was a case of one fix revealing something else that was broken, and it took four visits (including the initial call) to fix everything. Throughout the process, Alexey and Regina were very prompt in answering questions and providing updates. They did not expect any payment until the job was 100% complete, and also honored the original quote, which speaks volumes about their professionalism. And their quote was already very reasonable compared to another company who quoted roughly 3-4 times as much. Overall I am extremely happy with Nur HVAC’s service and I highly recommend them.”
“NUR HVAC just completed installation of a Mitsubishi heat pump system in my San Francisco home, replacing a 38-year-old Lennox gas furnace. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism shown during the process. In particular, I wanted to commend Artur and Vladimir, the NUR technicians who did the beautiful install. Both guys were extremely polite and respectful, for example, putting on shoe covers whenever they entered the house. Artur was also very fastidious in running the ancillary electrical feeds to my main service panel. What a neat job! Fedor, who came to do the initial assessment, was a great resource and answered all my questions regarding scheduling, warranty, maintenance, etc. He offered several options during the bidding process without any pressure to come to a quick decision or attempts at “upselling.” In the end, their quote was very competitive, and fair given the quality of the work and the final product. Being a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, NUR was able to offer a 12-year warranty on parts and labor. I was impressed by their initial on-site inspection: the representative noticed that the new air handler would be wider than the existing one, which would require that our water heater be moved several inches for clearance.
