“Our old A/C unit went out (dramatically spewing coolant everywhere) in the middle of summer. We contacted Nur HVAC and got them to come take a look at the situation. They recommended replacing our old furnace with a new heat pump along with the new A/C unit. It took a few weeks for a permit, but then they scheduled the job promptly. It was very labor intensive...removing the old equipment, building a new platform with plywood, installing everything. The HERS tester showed up on time, and he finished the HERS test within 30 minutes and told me that everything looked great. After this, Nur set up the city inspection so the permit could be finaled. Artur arrived on inspection day, and he helped ensure that the inspection process would be completed smoothly. The city inspector commented on how well done the install was, and he only had effusive praise for how well done everything was: the ducting, the air handler, the outdoor unit, the condensate line, and even how clean the attic was.
