“We used Nur HVAC to replace gas furnace with a heat pump inverter, replace the aging duct work and gas water heater with a heat pump water heater, all in the same contract. Our project manager, Arthur was on-time for the scoping appointment. He took time to understand our needs, investigated the attic, ducts and all the existing equipment, before making any recommendations. He designed the optimal system for our house to be cost effective, provide highest comfort and be energy efficient. He was not pushy and was upfront about the ballpark estimates and timeline. He also walked us thru the various rebates that are available for the replacements from local utilities. Arthur's quote was very competitive, in fact better than those quoted to us by Costco referred contractors. Nur's installation crew - Eldar, Bhakridin, were very professional and thorough. They didn't rush the job and left the job site clean and clutter free each day. They accommodated our requests for placing the electrical wires and conduits so they are not in the way. All the equipment both indoor and outdoor were cleanly laid out, secured and wiped down before hand off. Always smiling and respectful, one of the best installation crew we have had. As a white glove contractor they took care of all the permitting, inspection paperwork w/ the city, all the paper work for us to receive the rebates. They even completed the warranty registration with the manufacturers for all the equipment! “David and his team (Igor, Alexendar, Artur) were amazing. We replaced our 25 year old gas furnace with a Mitsubishi heat pump, which also added air-conditioning as a bonus! I couldn't be happier with their service. Many companies aggressively push you to leave a review after a project, while others truly earn it. In the case of NUR, it's definitely the latter. They went above and beyond my expectations in terms of ensuring the system was working as efficiently as possible. Our installation went super smoothly, and as you can see from the photos, they did a phenomenal job. The install is clean and tidy. Speaking of tidy, they even vacuumed my entire utility space under the home. I don't think it's been that clean down there sine we bought the house almost 20 years ago! Anyways, after the installation we ran into a difficult to troubleshoot issue related to my pre-existing ductwork. It had nothing to do with the work NUR did, but David was absolutely relentless in trying to figure out what was going on. He didn't care that it wasn't due to anything they did wrong, he wanted to make sure the system worked optimally, and made many phone calls and researched the issue, until he figured it out. I am quite confident that 9 of 10 companies would have simply said "the system is working within spec" and washed their hands of it. But David knew that something wasn't quite right, and without me pushing him, set off to ensure he figured it out. I really, really appreciate a business owner who operates this way. Beyond that, I will say that he and his team were incredibly responsive throughout the project. He was typically available by phone or text, and if he didn't answer the phone, I would receive a return call usually within 20 minutes. Lastly, they quoted me a very fair price for a Mitsubishi unit that was a higher-end unit compared to what his competitors were quoting. In fact, the efficiency rating for the unit was high enough that it qualified for the added $2,000 federal tax credit, which the other units did not. Highly, highly recommend NUR.”
“Amazing, 10/10 experience with David, Sergei, and the rest of the NUR team. They completely overhauled my HVAC -- installed two dual-fuel furnace/heat pumps, two ductless mini split units, and completely re-did ductwork. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, including David coming to my house several times to walk me through different options before I had committed anything. There was no upsell, pressure, or anything like that - just honest/professional service and technical suggestions. The installation itself was smooth, taking less time than originally estimated with attention to detail. These guy do not cut corners! Anyway, take the time to speak with a handful of HVAC companies but, in the end, you will not find a better, more thoughtful, thorough, and professional crew than NUR. “David and his crew did an amazing job at installing a new high efficiency furnace with new ducting. The new system feels nice and warm plus it is QUIET. My old system was a headache as it was loud for my making calls while working from home. Much better now We shopped around and David definitely knew the most about maintenance that we found. He quickly diagnosed our current system with his tools and didn't pressure us to spend a ton on a new system while other companies did. Other companies wanted to jump right to a heat pump, but David explained we could upgrade later if we wanted and we appreciated him explaining the pros and cons without being pushy. The intake we had before was huge and took up a lot more space in our crawl space and the crew made all of the fittings by hand from sheet metal for a perfect fit. “We called Nur Service to get a quote to replace our furnace and install an AC unit. They were able to come out in a few days. David came in on the day of the appointment and was very polite. He took a look at the furnace, our electrical panel, crawlspace, and patio area and explained to me what was and wasn't possible given the structure of the house and the ducts. They sent me a few different quotes for heat pumps and furnace/AC installs and they were quite competitive rates. After talking with them and a few other contractors, we decided to go with them and we're able to schedule the install quickly. During the install, we met Ilias (pictured) who was also very polite. He and his crew made sure lay down covers to protect the flooring and they got to work quick. The install took them 2 days and afterwards they cleaned up and gave us a free nest thermostat. David walked me through the house after the install was finished to check the vents and make sure air was flowing and that heating and cooling were working properly. They were quick, polite, affordable and cleanly. I would recommend them to others as well.”

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism shown during the process. “I’m very happy with my new heating-cooling heat pump system, which ties in to my existing ducts, is energy efficient (using electricity rather than natural gas), and keeps my furnace as an alternate option. I called several companies asking for quotes on something else - a whole house fan - and NUR had the fastest and most professional response. Technician David came out and explained several options to me. He said we could try just an attic fan and that alone may cool my home enough. He gave me a quote for that, and also for a whole house fan, and a heat pump. He explained what each option would and would not do. I decided to go with the heat pump heating/cooling along with an attic fan. Even though it was the most expensive choice, I think as time goes on and our climate gets warmer, AC will become even more expensive and hard to get. INSTALLATION: The installers, Artur and Vlad, were polite and considerate as well as competent and hard working. The installation was complicated, including drilling and hammering throughout the crawl space running under the entire house, and completely taking apart and putting back together my furnace. After 2 days I had AC, and after 2 more days I had the attic fan, heating, and was ready for inspection. CUSTOMER SERVICE: After the job was completed and I had paid, I had a few questions, and David responded immediately and said to call anytime questions come up. So excellent customer service before, during, and after installation. RESULTS: I’m thrilled with this home improvement, which adds value as well as comfort. “Nur installed and serviced our heat pump since the beginning of 2025. Quality of work, including the air handling, heat pump, ductwork, piping and electrical work was excellent. There were communication issues with the field crew but were ultimately resolved. Only with the recent warmer weather I used the cooling stage (instead of the heating) and came across a problem where it wasn’t cooling fast enough.
