“We could not be happier with Nur HVAC. They installed 2 HVAC systems in our home and have been absolutely fantastic ever since. Whatever an issue comes up they respond quickly and get it fixed without delays. They are reliable, professional, knowledgeable and always willing to help. It's such a relief to have someone we can trust to take care of our home's electrical and HVAC needs. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable professional who truly stands behind its work!”
“NUR HVAC just completed installation of a Mitsubishi heat pump system in my San Francisco home, replacing a 38-year-old Lennox gas furnace. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism shown during the process. In particular, I wanted to commend Artur and Vladimir, the NUR technicians who did the beautiful install. Both guys were extremely polite and respectful, for example, putting on shoe covers whenever they entered the house. Artur was also very fastidious in running the ancillary electrical feeds to my main service panel. What a neat job! Fedor, who came to do the initial assessment, was a great resource and answered all my questions regarding scheduling, warranty, maintenance, etc. He offered several options during the bidding process without any pressure to come to a quick decision or attempts at "upselling." In the end, their quote was very competitive, and fair given the quality of the work and the final product. Being a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, NUR was able to offer a 12-year warranty on parts and labor. The bottom line is NUR is a top-quality outfit and it was easy to see that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. NUR may be the best contractor I've ever used. Definitely, 5-Star!”
“We had old gas furnace replaced with heat pump and condenser. David gave us a very competitive quote. Both Alexander and Constantine are great crews replaced our furnace in our crawl space. The workmanship is excellent. They are all very knowledgeable. David really care for his clients, he came late at night to teach us how to setup the control because we are old folks don't know how to download with wifi for the control. Arthur is very friendly, he waited patiently for the city inspector. Everything goes smoothly for this project. We are very happy to have this company to do the job.”

“This is the second project I’ve done with this team, and there’s a reason I keep coming back: Trust. When my water heater went out, Fedor showed up the same day to walk me through my options. I have a tendency to "over-buy," and I was actually leaning toward an expensive heat pump model. Instead of just taking the bigger check, Fedor was honest with me—he explained that the ROI on that specific unit wouldn’t be recovered in my lifetime given complex electrical work required. Once we picked the right system for my actual needs, he had a crew at my house within two days to finish the install. They were professional, clean, and efficient. It’s hard to find an HVAC company that values integrity as much as they do. They’ve earned a customer for life!”
“We replaced our 25-year old single phase gas furnace with a Mitsubishi HVAC heat pump this summer. Now that we’ve used it for both cooling and heating, I’d like to give the team at Nur a five-star rating for their clean, smooth installation. Communication was great and they were thoughtful about system design so that we don’t have exterior conduits. We are so happy with the operation of the system for heating: it is quiet and so much more effective than our old furnace. We can highly recommend Nur.”
“I am extremely pleased with my new Mitsubishi heat pump installed by Nur HVAC. Everyone in California should use a heat pump due to the high cost of electricity, and Nur HVAC should be your installer. My installation was performed in two parts: the upstairs in Mar 2025, then downstairs in May 2026. I commend Nur HVAC for their patience during this protracted and difficult installation. After an initial assessment to determine my needs, the team arrived to plan the installation of the upstairs hardware. They asked many questions to figure it out. It only took 5 days for my on-site representatives Konstantin and Maxim to finish the work, which I felt was clean and neat; the electrical, refrigerant, and condensate lines blended into the existing arrangement seamlessly. By the end of day 5, I had hot and cold air at the touch of a button. About a year later, my remodeling had progressed enough for the installation of the downstairs units. Sadly, other contractors inadvertently cut the 220V supply line to the 2nd floor units. And while they meant well, these other contractors totally messed up the 220V supply line for the 1st floor units, running it to the 2nd floor breaker box instead! Maxim and Konstantin went above and beyond the call of duty, doing jobs that weren't theirs. They re-routed the 1st floor electrical line to the 1st floor breaker box, and got everything working. They were quick to suggest best placement of the indoor units. Additionally, they figured out a far better arrangement of the outdoor unit and refrigerant lines. The installation was more concealed and neat afterwards.”
“We recently used Nur HVAC to install a new heat pump and completely redo the ductwork for our whole-home HVAC system, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Fedor was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through every step of the process—from initial planning to final completion. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and his oversight gave us total confidence in the quality of the work being delivered. Eldar handled the installation and did a fantastic job. The work was completed efficiently, with great attention to detail and craftsmanship, and everything was finished right on schedule. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend Nur HVAC to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality HVAC services.”
“It is no coincidence that Nur HVAC has such positive reviews. This team is just as good as all of the reviews say. We had them upgrade our old gas furnace and gas water heater to heat pump units and I can say hands down that this was the most positive home improvement / construction project we've done. Fedor coordinated our project and was consistently responsive and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the equipment I wanted. Vladimir and Arthur performed most of the install and it went super smoothly and the equipment works perfectly. They were always courteous and communicative. We had one issue related to very high water pressure from the street and even though this wasnt their fault, Nur HVAC prioritized helping us solve the problem over the holidays. I could not recommend this team more.”
“Nur HVAC recently installed a mini-split system in our SF condo; one in the living room, and one each in the two bedrooms. They installed the heat pump outside on the balcony. I was impressed with their work ethic and the way they kept our space clean during the installation. They cleaned up at the end of each work day and were very respectful and thoughtful of our home, our dog, and us. They communicate clearly and quickly; I would highly recommend them to install an AC system.”
“Nur HVAC replaced my old gas furnace and replaced it with a Mitsubishi heat pump. They also redid my ducts. David initially came to my house to give me a quote, he offered me a ductless option which no other HVAC companies suggested, and was clearly experienced in HVAC installation, and gave me the best quote for top of the line equipment. Other HVAC companies sent salespeople, but David was technical and addressed my concerns and questions with great detail. The team that installed my new heat pump went above and beyond - they fixed some loose wiring in the crawlspace and adjusted the gas and exhaust lines for my water heater to save space. The installation was well done, the wiring and new lines they ran were clean and organized, they ensured that all the ducts were sealed and the airflow was balanced to all my rooms. I'm very happy with my new hvac system and would highly recommend Nur HVAC!”
“NUR HVAC did an outstanding job replacing our furnace and installing a new heat pump. Their quote was clear, detailed, and more competitive than all the others we received—and their high ratings gave us confidence. The installation went exactly as other reviewers described: professional, efficient, and high-quality. They really know HVAC and electrical systems inside out. We’re so glad we found NUR HVAC for our home project. They are an A+++++ company!”
“I hired Nur HVAC for a major upgrade to my home's system, and they did an incredible job. The project involved converting my entire house from a gas heat pump to a new all-electric Mitsubishi system, and they also installed a split unit in my garage. Their prices were very reasonable, but what truly stood out was the professional quality of the installation. The team performed a very careful evaluation of all my existing ducts and vents to ensure the new system was installed for optimal performance. The work speaks for itself. It's been almost two months since the installation, and everything is working top-notch. I'm super happy I chose Nur HVAC and highly recommend them.”
“We recently hired Nur HVAC to install a Mitsubishi heat pump HVAC system and were very satisfied with their service. Artur was our project manager and provided a thorough quote with several options based on our needs. He was very responsive and patiently answered all the questions we asked throughout the process. Their price was competitive among the contractors we evaluated while the quality of the work was excellent. The team came to install the heat pump HVAC was highly experienced, pleasant, and efficient. The office staff was also very responsive and kind to provide updates and help with rebate application. We would highly recommend Nur HVAC to anyone who is looking for a reliable contractor for heat pump HVAC installation.”
