We installed a new Carrier 58SB 80% furnace to run the gas central system downstairs. Since the old duct runs weren’t going to cut it, we also put in a full new ductwork system — seven supply vents and one return — built to move air evenly through the main floor instead of leaving some rooms starved for airflow.

Mitsubishi Heat Pump for the Upstairs
For the second floor, we installed a Mitsubishi two-zone heat pump system. Splitting the home this way — a gas furnace for the main floor and a heat pump zone for upstairs — gives the homeowner more control over comfort in each part of the house without overworking one single system.
We also added a surge protective device to help guard the new equipment, and closed everything out with a proper city permit and final inspection. New duct boots were sealed and insulated as part of the ductwork work.

David initially came to my house to give me a quote, he offered me a ductless option which no other HVAC companies suggested, and was clearly experienced in HVAC installation, and gave me the best quote for top of the line equipment. Other HVAC companies sent salespeople, but David was technical and addressed my concerns and questions with great detail. The team that installed my new heat pump went above and beyond - they fixed some loose wiring in the crawlspace and adjusted the gas and exhaust lines for my water heater to save space. The installation was well done, the wiring and new lines they ran were clean and organized, they ensured that all the ducts were sealed and the airflow was balanced to all my rooms. “What a great and honest company.They came same day (within 2 hours) to fix my heater! My technician, Adlan, was knowlegable, friendly, and conscientious. I know nothing about heaters and they could have charged me anything for repairs but Adlan was so honest-- he thoroughly examined my heater, removed some dust debris that was causing a burning smell and said nothing more needed to be done. He charged me nothing additional other than the $75 service call fee! Even though he was here for at least 50 minutes thoroughly examining all components of my heating system. “Nur HVAC recently installed a heat pump (so we could finally have cool air during the summer!) and a new furnace since we still prefer to heat with gas. I could not be more pleased. I obtained estimates from 3 companies, including Nur. One was the Costco installer. They were nice but very expensive and didn't have the greatest post-install reviews. Still, I considered them. Another company provided what seemed like a pitch for a time share, complete with an album showing their reviews. This lasted close to 20 minutes! Nice company but out of the ballpark on price (maybe the presentation was intended to make you forget the final price?) and the estimate ran multiple pages which made comparing options impossible. Then came Artur with Nur HVAC. He was prompt, provided an easy to read, no nonsense estimate comparing options and did not try to upsell me by actually recommending less expensive options. They also had the best price no matter what we went with. The team which did the install was efficient, prompt, did solid work and were extremely polite. The job was so well done that when the city inspector came by for the final sign off, he was impressed by the work and told me that he has never had a problem with Nur. He explained how others take short cuts and how he is able to spot the problems. He told me Nur HVAC was one of only a handful of companies that always passed inspection as the installs were safe and properly done. I could not praise Artur and his team more! “I'd like to highly recommend NUR HVAC. I recently replaced my old furnace and AC with NUR. David, Alex and Roman were very nice and professional, they clearly explained the situation and provided several options. The price was fair and Alex and Roman did a great job on the installation. After the work, Roman helped me to replace our old bubble wrap nicely, and Alex made sure that we had enough Freon (actually they added some extra Freon considering the pipe) according to the regulations. They worked very hard until night. The second day, when I reported that the thermostat was not working, Alex drove to our place again to take another look. Turns out that I forgot to turn on a switch. I will definitely use NUR HVAC in the future”
“Great service twice now from Islam D! I have 2 small children and both times they've gone above and beyond to help me get heat going as quickly as possible. First time the motherboard went out on my furnace and Islam had an old one with him that he was able to quickly install while we waited for new replacement under warranty as unit is under 3 years old. Came back once he had new one and swapped them out again. This most recent time Islam came after hours and I can only imagine after an already long day to make sure he was able to help us as of course it had been our coldest days of the winter. We went to furnace and he checked everything to find nothing actually wrong. He decided to switch up wiring to thermostat as only 2 of the 5 wires available were being used and thankfully that worked. Even came out of it being able to now use the "fan" function on furnace. As long as Islam works for Nur HVAC, I will not being calling anyone but him!”
