NUR HVAC took it on, finished in just seven days, and stuck to the agreed price--no surprise add-ons or "we found this..." nonsense. We installed a 3-ton and 2.5-ton Mitsubishi Smart Multi-Split Heat Pump system (MXZ-SM60NA). Our house has two zones, and we wanted to add air conditioning. Since our two furnaces were nearly 17 years old, we decided to go all-electric with a heat pump system. The craftsmanship was top-notch, communication was consistent, and the whole experience was fantastic. It wasn't cheap, but compared to other quotes, the price was mid-range--and totally worth it. We were approved for the $4,500 HEERA rebate, but that got shut down (thanks, federal government). We did apply for the $1,500 PCE rebate and are hoping for a federal tax credit next year. Fingers crossed!”

“My family recently hired Nur HVAC to help us install HVAC system in our house, and had a great experience with them. Ilias came by the house and was immediately able to assess our house and provide recommendations on how we could consider setting up HVAC systems based on our layout, what options we have and what the pros and cons the options are. He also mentioned that they are one of the biggest contractor for Mitsubishi systems. The whole process took a few weeks as we had to wait for permits to get approved before work can get started. We were quoted that the labor could take 4-5 business, but in the end it actually took 3.5 days which was great. The whole crew was professional and got the job done very efficiently. “I am extremely pleased with my new Mitsubishi heat pump installed by Nur HVAC. Everyone in California should use a heat pump due to the high cost of electricity, and Nur HVAC should be your installer. My installation was performed in two parts: the upstairs in Mar 2025, then downstairs in May 2026. I commend Nur HVAC for their patience during this protracted and difficult installation. After an initial assessment to determine my needs, the team arrived to plan the installation of the upstairs hardware. They asked many questions to figure it out. It only took 5 days for my on-site representatives Konstantin and Maxim to finish the work, which I felt was clean and neat; the electrical, refrigerant, and condensate lines blended into the existing arrangement seamlessly. By the end of day 5, I had hot and cold air at the touch of a button. About a year later, my remodeling had progressed enough for the installation of the downstairs units. Sadly, other contractors inadvertently cut the 220V supply line to the 2nd floor units. And while they meant well, these other contractors totally messed up the 220V supply line for the 1st floor units, running it to the 2nd floor breaker box instead! Maxim and Konstantin went above and beyond the call of duty, doing jobs that weren't theirs. They re-routed the 1st floor electrical line to the 1st floor breaker box, and got everything working. They were quick to suggest best placement of the indoor units. Additionally, they figured out a far better arrangement of the outdoor unit and refrigerant lines. The installation was more concealed and neat afterwards.”
