How the M-Series ductless system works
- Outdoor heat pump: the MXZ-4C36NA3 houses the compressor and condenser coil, pulling heat from the outside air in heating mode and reversing the process to cool in summer.
- Indoor units: each indoor unit is mounted within its zone and comes with a remote control for adjusting temperature, fan speed, and mode.
- Two-zone control: independent control over two separate zones lets each area be tuned to its occupants’ preferences.
- Targeted efficiency: conditioning only occupied zones helps reduce wasted energy compared to cooling or heating the whole home at once.
Getting the installation right
