“Our job wasn't easy, but Fedor and Sergii absolutely crushed it! Other companies told us it couldn't be done or would be way too expensive. NUR HVAC took it on, finished in just seven days, and stuck to the agreed price--no surprise add-ons or "we found this..." nonsense. We installed a 3-ton and 2.5-ton Mitsubishi Smart Multi-Split Heat Pump system (MXZ-SM60NA). Our house has two zones, and we wanted to add air conditioning. Since our two furnaces were nearly 17 years old, we decided to go all-electric with a heat pump system. The craftsmanship was top-notch, communication was consistent, and the whole experience was fantastic. It wasn't cheap, but compared to other quotes, the price was mid-range--and totally worth it. We were approved for the $4,500 HEERA rebate, but that got shut down (thanks, federal government). We did apply for the $1,500 PCE rebate and are hoping for a federal tax credit next year. Fingers crossed!”

I found all of the Nur personnel to be professional and courteous with excellent integrity. The mini split placement was tricky in one of the rooms, and they brought in a bigger team to carefully consider the pros and cons of various options before making a final recommendation and explaining the considerations to me. They did a fabulous job of communicating with me and they did high-quality work. The installers even painted exposed outside pipes to match my stucco, so the pipes are quite unobtrusive.
