David initially came to my house to give me a quote, he offered me a ductless option which no other HVAC companies suggested, and was clearly experienced in HVAC installation, and gave me the best quote for top of the line equipment. Other HVAC companies sent salespeople, but David was technical and addressed my concerns and questions with great detail. The team that installed my new heat pump went above and beyond - they fixed some loose wiring in the crawlspace and adjusted the gas and exhaust lines for my water heater to save space. Update, year and a half later: everything is working well. They helped me apply for the rebate after it was installed. I asked if I should do maintenance and they showed me what kind of filter to get. David came by and checked everything over (2nd photo) and didn't even charge because nothing was needed beyond changing the filter.”

NUR seemed to be the best of the three both in terms of knowledge and desire to please the client. Upon completion and using the system for a couple of months I can tell you that it was the right choice. NUR team even helped with guidance on insulation (which we were thin with) and most recently, power outage had tripped a fuse.
