“Our old A/C unit went out (dramatically spewing coolant everywhere) in the middle of summer. We contacted Nur HVAC and got them to come take a look at the situation. They recommended replacing our old furnace with a new heat pump along with the new A/C unit. It took a few weeks for a permit, but then they scheduled the job promptly. It was very labor intensive...removing the old equipment, building a new platform with plywood, installing everything. It took 3 full days, but they did an excellent job and cleaned everything up completely when they were finished. The system looks and works so much better now. Workers were polite and respectful. “NUR HVAC just completed installation of a Mitsubishi heat pump system in my San Francisco home, replacing a 38-year-old Lennox gas furnace. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism shown during the process. In particular, I wanted to commend Artur and Vladimir, the NUR technicians who did the beautiful install. Both guys were extremely polite and respectful, for example, putting on shoe covers whenever they entered the house. Artur was also very fastidious in running the ancillary electrical feeds to my main service panel. What a neat job! “I had an old furnace replaced with a new heat pump and air handler. I was impressed by their initial on-site inspection: the representative noticed that the new air handler would be wider than the existing one, which would require that our water heater be moved several inches for clearance. No other company noticed that. Overall, communication was excellent. They answered all questions and provided the city work permit application number so I could track approval process with the city. Work went smoothly and was finished in a few days, much sooner than what I had anticipated. Very good experience, would recommend to anyone.”
