Our project manager, Arthur was on-time for the scoping appointment. He took time to understand our needs, investigated the attic, ducts and all the existing equipment, before making any recommendations. He designed the optimal system for our house to be cost effective, provide highest comfort and be energy efficient. He was not pushy and was upfront about the ballpark estimates and timeline. He also walked us thru the various rebates that are available for the replacements from local utilities. “Great service twice now from Islam D! I have 2 small children and both times they've gone above and beyond to help me get heat going as quickly as possible. First time the motherboard went out on my furnace and Islam had an old one with him that he was able to quickly install while we waited for new replacement under warranty as unit is under 3 years old. Came back once he had new one and swapped them out again. This most recent time Islam came after hours and I can only imagine after an already long day to make sure he was able to help us as of course it had been our coldest days of the winter. We went to furnace and he checked everything to find nothing actually wrong. He decided to switch up wiring to thermostat as only 2 of the 5 wires available were being used and thankfully that worked. Even came out of it being able to now use the "fan" function on furnace. As long as Islam works for Nur HVAC, I will not being calling anyone but him!”

“After 18 years our Air Conditioning System failed. We, of course, called Nur HVAC and were glad to see Islam again. He rapidly diagnosed that the AC compressor failed and had to be replaced. However, the AC system was so old that the compressor only had a 1 year warranty and the refrigerant in use 18 years ago is only available for legacy repairs (This is to protect the Ozone layer). We could have replaced the AC system, but the heating system was equally old and likely to fail. The cost to move to a full all electric HVAC system was a few dollars more than just replacing the AC system and it would eliminate our use of gas for heating and take advantage of the recently installed Solar Panels. So the house has a new fully electric HVAC system installed by Nur HVAC. Islam came and took the measurements so the system could be ordered and priced. Soon Alex and the installation team arrived to install the system. The quality of the installation and the care Alex and team took during the custom wiring, new refrigerant lines, new moisture drains, new thermostats, system setup and calibration was outstanding. Alex made sure that the air flow for both heating and cooling was measured and far better than the previous systems. Alex made sure to keep us informed as progress was being made and they managed to keep the house clean during the install. Again Nur HVAC exceeded expectations with a very high quality install at a fair price. A project of this size had a few bumps but this appeared to have been done to provide a quality install with attention to detail. This company has superb knowledgeable professionals working for it from service to installation. I highly recommend Nur HVAC.”
“This is my second experience with these awesome people. Nur HVAC installed a heat pump a year ago and I remembered how professional they were. So when my water heater broke few weeks ago I called them again. Fedor called me and came over the same day to personally inspect my setup. He gave me three options for my water heating needs and coached me through the selection process based on my current and future needs. This was Monday and by Wednesday I had everything fixed! As always, professional and courteous service. While Fedor was here I got to talk to him about options for more even heating and cooling distribution in my house. “I had an old furnace replaced with a new heat pump and air handler. I was impressed by their initial on-site inspection: the representative noticed that the new air handler would be wider than the existing one, which would require that our water heater be moved several inches for clearance. No other company noticed that. Overall, communication was excellent. They answered all questions and provided the city work permit application number so I could track approval process with the city. Work went smoothly and was finished in a few days, much sooner than what I had anticipated. Very good experience, would recommend to anyone.”
