• New furnace: installed the 80% efficiency single-stage 821SA furnace in the garage on a new furnace stand, with a new return duct and exhaust system.
• New MrCool air conditioner: ran a new refrigerant line and a new electrical line in the front yard for the 48,000 BTU MrCool AC.
• New coil: installed a new 48,000 BTU coil, model CNPVP, on a new condensate pad.
• Gas and electrical: ran a new gas line and a new electrical line to the garage.
• Ductwork: installed new attic ductwork with 8 new vents for the second floor, a new garage duct for the first-floor connection, and adjusted second-floor airflow.
• Attic insulation: removed the old insulation from the attic and added new blown-in insulation.
