I replaced an ancient gas furnace with a heat pump and added upstairs a Mitsubish minisplit. They were competitive in the bids I had recieved. They were extremely helpful in choosing the right sized system, helping do the permitting, the energy rebates, and overall guidance, and were a real pleasure to work with. Artur was excellent and knowledgable, and the install team worked efficiently and tirelessly. I now have an amazing and quiet system. Adlan showed up a little early and got to work after I explained that the condenser fan wasn't operating, but it appears to be getting power. He quickly diagnosed the problem being a slightly loose wire from the fuse box and a bad capacitor. We were up and running very quickly and Adlan explained every step of the way so I understood what the problem was and how it was resolved. I replaced my previous Daikin split AC indoor and outdoor units with a Mitsubishi Heat Pump connected to my central duct and removed my old aging central heating unit as well. Their quote was in the middle compared to others, though others quoted lower prices for non-Mitsubishi systems. They recommended a top-of-the-line Mitsubishi system for installation. They are a diamond-certified installer of Mitsubishi systems. Their professionalism and work quality were just top-notch. I interacted with Elias, who surveyed and provided the price quote. He responded to all the questions I had. The installers were Eldar and Maxim. They worked in the sweltering heat to install the system quickly. Their work is just _so_ clean. A lot of attention to detail. They followed up with visits to check on the system and confirm that things are working well. I highly recommend them, and I will use them again.Verified Quick diagnosis of the problem and fix right away. I cannot comment on pricing since I didn't check quotes from others, but overall happy with the serviceVerified Communication scheduling the visit was good. I needed debugging my roof top A/C (stopped working). Technician Basim came on time. I told to him that fuses, capacitor on the unit are good but no voltage across the cap (I checked) which points to the A/C power delivery problem. He tested the unit and told me that contactor and fan are bad and their repair is north of $1K. I tried to asked how he arrived to this conclusion but his English was very poor and I was not able to get a clear answer. Anyway, after he has left I rechecked the contactor - it was fine, no problem. I opened power box next to the A/C and found out that there is no 240V, which point to the power delivery issue. I found A/C power panel w/ 2-pole circuit breaker for the A/C and, surely, the breaker was down. I switched it on and A/C started working. The technician is just completely unexperienced.Verified They responded very quickly and were able to send out a tech within a couple days. They didn't have the parts they needed to fix our AC due to it's age and condition on the first visit, so we scheduled them to come back when they acquired the parts to finish the job. The tech was quick and efficient, and tested everything before completing the job. Definitely recommended.
